Parking Spaces and Overflow Parking
As we continue to strive for a harmonious and well-maintained community, we would like to remind everyone about the parking rules here at Old Ivy COA.
To maintain fair access to parking spaces and avoid inconveniencing your neighbors, we kindly request that all homeowners adhere to the following guidelines:
Designated Parking Spaces: Please park only in your assigned or designated parking space(s). Parking in another homeowner's designated space can cause significant inconvenience.
Respect Your Neighbors: Please refrain from parking in your neighbor's assigned parking space without their explicit permission.
Visitor Parking: Visitor parking spaces are intended for guests only. Please be mindful that these spaces are not for long-term resident parking. Vehicles parked here must not exceed 24 hours.
As you may know, there is a designated parking area located on the south end of the complex (the island) specifically for overflow parking. This area is meant for visitors and guests of our homeowners.
We understand that it can be frustrating when there is limited parking space within the community, especially during peak hours. However, it is crucial that we all follow the designated visitor parking area to ensure the safety and convenience of our homeowners.
Please be reminded that consistent noncompliance to the parking rules may result in violation fines assessed on your account.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in reminding your tenants, guests, and visitors to park only in the designated area.
